Stornierung am Tag der Anreise

Meine Buchung wurde am Tag meiner Anreise am frühen Abend vom Vermieter storniert. Das stellte mich vor riesige Probleme und hätte fast dazu geführt, dass ich die Nacht auf der Straße hätte verbringen müssen. Meine Buchung war zugegebenermaßen kurzfristig, aber bestätigt, sodass ich mich natürlich darauf verlassen habe. Ich finde es problematisch, wenn Anbieter ihren Kalender auf FeWo-direkt nicht aktuell halten und Kunden dies dann ausbaden müssen. Sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend. Es gab vom Anbieter nicht einmal ein Bedauern oder eine Entschuldigung, als ich mitteilte, dass mich die Absage vor enorme Probleme stellt. Die Sauberkeit kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nicht da war. Möglicherweise sind das mehr Sterne als nur einer.

The place is on the small island, which is situated 5km from the city centre. You fell like in the countryside. The glamping tents are transparent so everything you can see, and going to sleep, been awake feeling like being outside
