About this property

The whole family or group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close to beaches, shops, highways, and downtown Venice. It is a charming town that preserves its old town feel. It is also a bird sanctuary. It feels like home with a beautiful open galley kitchen looking at the entire living, dining, and den. Perfect place for unwinding and relaxing with family.

Additional amenities we have an air fryer, food processor, instant pot, and slow cooker.

Although we have 3 TV, there is no cable included. 2 of the TV are equipped with Firesticks where you can use your own account to log in and stream from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or your favorite streaming via available WiFi.

For safety purposes, there are 2 surveillance cameras installed in front of the entrance door or front porch and in front of the driveway.

Very Nice!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Also appeared to be newly remodeled. Communicating with the owners was exceptionally easy from start to finish. Quiet neighborhood. Everything in Venice - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc - is 10 minutes or less away. I would recommend staying here as a couple or a family.

Interim stay

We were quite pleased with the property and the communication with our host. She was ever so helpful and overly pleasant. She answered all of our concerns and issues. Loved the convenient location of the property and ease of reaching it. The only concern would be access to normal TV channels, it became a challenge of which we never did make a connection. Very Wonderful Host and property, would recommend.
