Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 3 BR condo at Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.

The views are amazing from this 14th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, a 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 70'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!

There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Comfortable vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We liked the more open layout. The beds were comfortable and we liked the king in 2 rooms with 2 queens in the other. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. We had everything we needed to cook for the week. The new patio doors are nice and easy to glide. We love the indoor pool and hot tubs. The hot tubs are very hot. Outdoor pool is always really cold in March. 2 of the elevators were out the last two days which led to really long waits to go up or down and from the 14 floor that’s a lot of steps. The only thing I would change is more elevators which I know isn’t possible but when they build more they need another set for all the condos in that building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year to stay in this particular unit for Spring Break week, and again we have enjoyed being here, immensely. The location of the unit is perfect for our activities, which included lots of beach time with our 3 young grandchildren. I have enjoyed dealing with the management company who handles the rental details of this unit. They are friendly and very easy to work with, from beginning to end. The unit itself is clean and mostly updated with nice furniture and all the kitchen appliances, etc. necessary for a relaxing week. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The only negatives were an antiquated dishwasher and not-so-friendly main desk employees at the building who had nothing to do with the rental management company that we used. (That can't be helped)! We hope to be back again, next year.

The room could have been cleaner. The tubs would not drain and there was mold on the shower curtain. Location was good. Pool was good. Beach access was good.
