Functional

We loved the area,property management was great. The condo itself was lacking anything special, furniture is rundown especially beds and decor, everything was functional but plain and boring. There is nothing that would bring you back except the view and convenience to beach and shopping. Even the building is run down

The condo was very nice. Clean property. We didn’t use many of the features in the condo but there was anything you could need in there. The only difficulty I had was with locking the door and getting in. The keypad on the door was what I was using and thought we weren’t able to get in then upon returning I noticed the lock box with an actual key. Other that that it was perfect!!!

Layout of condo was okay. There was only 2 bath towels each for all 3 bathrooms. Parts of the condo looked old then there was updated items. No plastic cups to take to pool or beach was all glass. The frig light did not work. The main bed was hard as a rock. No table to speak of outside, just a very small plastic type table. Had plastic chairs too but dealt with it. Had 1 average size skillet but no more, then 2 small skillets. Thought main bedroom was on ocean side from pics but was not. We have rented a condo at this place before and liked it but did not care for this one.

Labor Day

Over all the unit was nice. I am not a fan of the layout, wish the layout was reversed. The complex needs some TLC. For the price I paid there are plenty of other complexs much nicer.

Good Place To Stay

Condo was in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Walmart was just across the street. Condo was clean. The only thing I would recommend bringing with you is extra blankets. We didn’t realize there would only be two sheets on the bed. Outside furniture had a few chairs with broken legs that need to be replaced, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We enjoyed our stay at this condo.
