About this property

Our home accomodates a family, families, groups, long term and short term travelers. With our open floorplan there is plenty of space inside and outside of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for any occasion. We are centrally located and just minutes to: casinos, steps to the river, lake, parks, shopping, restaurants, local events, and more. This home has a lot of parking for outdoor/ recreational use vehicles and watercrafts, a stocked kitchen, dining area, backyard with BBQ, pull out bed in living room, 2 queen rooms, and a room with bunk beds. Includes wifi with roku smart tv, DVD's, games, popcorn and sno-cone machines.
Easy access to casinos/resorts in Laughlin which are 7.3 miles away, about a 15 to 20 mins. drive.
We are 3 neighborhood streets away from the river and some ramps, walking distance of about 5 minutes or a 1 minute drive. If you are looking to launch a water craft into the river, rotary park is the best bet, but there are several in the neighborhood at the end of the streets.
The lake is 12 miles and about 20 to 25 mins away, that is specific to a place called "Catherine's Landing".
There are countless restaurants of all kinds surrounding the area as well as shopping and all sorts of events in Bullhead and Laughlin.

Weekend

The one concern was the smoke detectors were going off intermittently because of low batteries we were informed that they would take care of the problem the next week. We would not have been able to sleep with the noise so we took it upon ourselves to replace the bad battery.

Clean, basic house close to the river

House is super clean, easy to get in and out of, comfy. My only complain is that it’s very sparse on amenities in the kitchen which made cooking difficult. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice house close to River and lake.

House 3 blocks from river, close to dam. Neighborhood nice, quiet, safe for boats/ski. Lots of restaurants/gas stations/grocery stores closeby.

Bigger than I was thinking from pictures, only a couple things like AC went out and wifi was down but the owner got people to come out and fix it while we were there couldn't expect anything more. Very good host and definitely would recommend staying again.
