Best location ever!
We loved our stay here even thou it doesn’t have a stove. Watching for seals was Amazing (we saw them almost daily). My hubby even saw whales. Cleaner could have done a better job with baseboards and bathroom shower and fan but didn’t take away from our time. Landlord is s great guy.

Beautiful View. w fridge/hot plate, microwave and toaster oven
I selected this location for the views. i didn’t realize or really care that it didn’t have a real kitchen since we weren’t going to cook at all. furniture wasn’t the most comfortable but we were thinking of going back in the winter if it’s available.

Great views but falls a little short on the experience
TL:DR Beautiful view and location, but falls well short of expectations. So here’s the long version. The good is that the view is amazing and it’s very peaceful to sit on the patio and just enjoy the breeze and nature. However, there’s definitely things that could improve. We arrived and were happy to check in early. We weren’t sure which way to enter. The left side passes through another units patio, but the right side is a wheelchair ramp through debris and trash alongside the house. Walking in it definitely doesn’t present as nice in person as in photos. We were told the cleaners were done, but just needed to return with the linens. We returned from dinner to find the bed made but everything else was woefully lacking. Only 1 towel. 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no spares. Couch was covered in dog hair (no lie took 13 roller sheets to clean). Only 1 wine glass. No ice cube tray. Dish set with again only enough for one, also in need of cleaning. All front windows were streaked and dirty. Blanket was dirty and smelled awful, but I couldn’t even wash it because not only was it not “our day” to use the shared washer and dryer, but our key didn’t open the lock to the laundry room. We’d find out later from another neighbor that they had a key that not only opened it, but also gave them access from the other side into our unit with no way to secure the door. We were never told that the laundry was shared until after we paid, and although the listing does describe it as a suite there was zero mention of shared spaces. Also, there was no description of our positioning, only 1 picture to denote east facing. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and we were thrilled to have upstairs neighbors that stomped incessantly and dragged furniture around all day. Without hyperbole she clomped for 8+ hours one day. Our initial point of contact was Kierra, and after a couple messages regarding the issues she stopped responding via email or phone. We then tried Danielle from the website contact and she was able to get us squared away about 24 hours after our check in and was very pleasant. The people who brought the missing items were very polite and apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine too. The bed, linens and pillows were typical Super 8 level. Thankfully the Wifi was speedy since there is almost no cell signal there. Also, if you’re getting a cab it’s a crapshoot so plan ahead. The place has great potential but comes up short of the “luxury” description.
