About this property

Sundrop Acres Farm is a premier short term vacation rental located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Our family hobby farm is set on almost 4 acres of land in Wellsville, just minutes from downtown historic Logan. The hillside house is surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains as well as the valley. Relax and unwind in one of our private guest suites while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and starlight nights.

The Sundrop Suite Unit is approximately 1200 sq ft with a private, keyless entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the front porch facing the magnificent Wellsville Mountains. Step inside to be welcomed by the kitchenette/dining room. There is a large dining table for meals and game playing, a sink, countertop oven, refrigerator, purified water dispenser, Keurig, coffee maker, a few breakfast options, beverages, and snacks The ground floor also has a large family room with sofas and an entertainment center full of books, games, DVDs, and puzzles. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite is located UPSTAIRS on the second floor of the farmhouse and boast new premium mattresses with hypoallergenic covers and cases. Even the twin beds are comfy! 1 King, 2 Twin

If additional space is needed, there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom that may be rented making it up to a 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit. ($225/night) There is also a 1500 sq. ft. walk out basement apartment. ($135/night) Message us for more information!

PLEASE NOTE: The Farmhouse has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It features a sink, xl countertop oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, toaster, water cooler, Keurig machine, coffee maker, crock pot, single burner hot plate, and BBQ grill.
*THERE ARE TWO separate rentals on the property. (The Farmhouse Rooms and the Beehive Basement Apartment) While each rental is private there may be times you see other guests. The owners may also be around working on projects and taking care of the animals. Say hello if you would like!!
**The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell which temporarily records motion. This is a safety feature to ensure the property is secure.

Farmhouse Chic

Loved the decor, the personalized welcome sign and the little extras that made us feel right at home. The rolling country hills with the crispy fall air and colors was a delight!

Great countryside house!

We stayed overnight to visit a nearby spook alley and thought we’d give this a try over a hotel. We were very impressed with the layout and cleanliness. Only because of a shoulder issue I have, I wish I had known that the master bed was in my opinion a very firm mattress. Other than that, it was a great visit! I’d definitely recommend it.

Awesome Stay outside of Wellsville

We loved our stay here. The house and property were great for our family and our kids loved hanging out with the chickens and goats around the property. 20 minutes to Logan or Ogden. Just a great experience overall. And Jackie was awesome!!!

Cute and comfy farmhouse

Seriously the best hosts! They go above and beyond to make you feel right at home, with all the personal touches that you notice the moment you step inside. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cute! We loved having some snacks and cold drinks waiting for us. They have thought of everything, WiFi passwords sitting in every spot you need, nice linens and towels, they even left us food for the goats (we were excited to hang out with those little buddies)! Fresh farm eggs in the fridge. Really, sweet little touches throughout our stay. We just loved it and would definitely come back!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home at a great location. Just a few minutes from Logan but still tucked away in the mountains. Lovely views of the valley and mountains. Property was very clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive to any issues we had and were very accommodating with our kids.

We fell in love with Cache Valley when we took our child to a therapeutic residential program from Arizona. This was not his first program, we spent a couple of years traveling to see him where he was residing. While visiting, it was important to us to find a very peaceful home-like atmosphere to relax and reconnect. We always discussed how great it would be to create an inviting space for other parents who have walked a similar journey. In 2013 we went from Cache Valley visitors to residents and in 2021 we purchased the property to realize our vision. We know you will find Sundrop Acres the
