A lovely office space (for when communicating with the world outside of the Hamptons becomes necessary) also has a delightful sleeping area. Additional features include a brand-new custom gym and a lower-level bedroom suite with its own private entrance. Across from the Longhouse Reserve, with its renowned sculpture gardens, and only a few short minutes from East Hampton Village and ocean beaches, this is a truly special Hamptons summer getaway.

The main level features a master suite, two bedrooms plus a den/office w/ single bed (great for kids) and 2 additional full baths. The lower level offers a professional top-of-the line gym with weight rack and peloton, and an ensuite guest bedroom with bath featuring a wall of windows and access to a private outdoor patio. A lovely deck across the back of the house offers a covered area to lounge and dine as well as elevated views of the lush lawn and stunning heated pool.

The heated pool is open seasonally from May 15th - October 15th. Heating the pool is $150/day and is billed separately through Airbnb. Prior to your arrival, you will be contacted to ask about pool heating so that billing can be arranged and the pool company can activate the pool heater for your desired days.

We love pets but are selective of the pets allowed in our home. If you're planning to travel with your furry friend, please be sure to share details in your inquiry. If approved, there is a $50 fee, per day, per animal with a maximum charge of $250 per pet, per stay. This extra fee helps to cover additional cleaning (both inside and out) that is often needed when a pet is in the home. If approved, we do have a total pet limit of 2 per stay.
