The Kaibab House - your home away from home retreat! Conveniently located in the Village of Oak Creek, just 5 miles south of Uptown Sedona on Hwy 179, the "Red Rock Scenic Byway". "The Village", as referred to by locals, offers many local shops, coffee bistros, excellent restaurants/pubs, golf courses & access to unimaginable hiking! The Kaibab House is a short drive to many of the Sedona/Verde Valley area attractions like wineries in Page Springs, ghost tours in Jerome or Montezuma Castle s Well

Living room is centrally located featuring gas fireplace & large screen TV perfect for relaxing.

Kitchen & Dining room is fully equipped. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, air fryer, Keurig combo (single cups or full pot). Kitchen has small bar that seats 2 and dining table for 6. Sliding door access to covered rear patio.

Converted RV garage allows for additional accommodations. Twin over full bunk beds & pullout sleeper sofa. Separate area has large flat screen TV, 2 reclining sofas, microwave & dining table. Space is heated & air conditioned separate from the home.

Rear covered patio has ceiling fans, dining patio table, comfortable conversational seating & Traeger grill, pellets included. Soak in the Sedona tranquility in the 6 person hot tub. Backyard is completely fenced. Corn hole set.

Great House

We choose to stay in a house vs Hotel to spread out and feel more relaxed. This is exactly what we wanted. The patio was large and so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy with a cover. The location was amazing. We would definitely stay again. The o my suggestion we would make is to have blackout blinds curtains in the morning. The sunrise is at 4:50a - 5a and it made sleeping in about to 7 difficult.

Hiking in Sedona

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. There was enough seating in the living room for us to lounge around on after a day of hiking. It was nice to sit outside on the patio in the evenings. We also enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the stars. The location was convenient, close to everything, and in a very nice neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Sedona area

Initially had difficulty gain access to house due to problem with electronic lock. Problem was solved by property manager and helpful neighbor. Great layout inside and out, very clean, all the necessities provided. Nice back patio and hot tub. very quiet street but close to business area. This is a great rental for anyone wanting to come back to a quiet retreat after a busy day around Sedona.
