There are great ocean views throughout the top and bottom duplex, located close to all Carlsbad has to offer, beach (0.1 miles, or 2 minute walk), Starbucks/Vons/Rite Aid (0.5 miles or 10 minute walk), Legoland (4 miles, or 10 minute drive), Carlsbad Lagoon (1 mile, 4 minute drive), restaurants, cafes, train station, etc.
Carlsbad Lagoon is a great activity for the whole family to enjoy, and only 4 minutes away. The lagoon offers boat rentals, jet ski, paddle boarding, etc.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
