The oceanfront vacation of your dreams awaits at this second-floor ocean-view condo. Walk across the street to the beach to swim, surf, or stroll along the cliffs. Plus, enjoy access to all the amenities at the La Jolla Recreation Center, which is mere steps away.

Never let the sweeping water views out of sight from the open interior. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, gather at the dining table for special meals, then kick back and watch TV shows after a fun-filled day exploring the area.

There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for ultimate comfort. One of the two bathrooms is a washroom with a sink and shower. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning.

This property is located in a complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal.

Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. Take a short walk to La Jolla Village for fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas. Or, explore world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all within 20 minutes.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
