Manor Oaks Neighborhood is filled with large estate homes and is only 1 mile from Arrowhead and Royals Stadium. This place is made for fun! Beautiful pool home; pool is open late May - September. Very spacious house with extra rooms including an office, huge game room, laundry, and kids playroom. Game room includes ping pong table, basket ball shooting game, large poker table, arcade style video game with 300 games, and pinball game. Gas fireplace is next to an indoor charcoal burning grill.

Large fenced back yard with pool and patios. Basement is finished off as a huge game room area. So many rooms in this house.

Manor Oaks a neighborhood of quality large custom homes. Only 1 mile from Arrowhead and Royals Stadium. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Independence borders Kansas City.

Chiefs/Rams game

Staying here was well worth it especially traveling with family and a baby!! Boys went to the game girls stayed at the house and chilled then shopped!! Close to the stadium and lots of restaurants and shopping! Very clean

Has something for everyone

This place is not perfect but it truly feels like you are having a fun sleep over in a vacation home of your parents. It has a game room for the gamers, a nice big comfy couch for the relaxers, a big kitchen for the cookers, a nice fireplace for the deep thinkers and everything in between. The place has some wear and tear but we did not mind. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the summer to check out the pool.

Clean and spacious

We had issues with check-in, seems like the previous tenants took the key (and they left holes in the wall behind the front door too). The owner was helpful, but we didn't like the feeling that someone had a key to the place the entire time we were there. Also, VRBO didn't give my info to the owner so there was some confusion there that led to late check-in. The beds were comfy and it was a clean and spacious home! All utensils, pool towels, soaps, etc were included too! But 2 things to know... the pool is NOT heated (or not working) and the indoor charcoal grill should not be used until the chimney is cleaned. Would recommend more outdoor seating by the pool...there are 6 beds in the house but only 2 outdoor chairs to use. It's a nice space for a large family!

Large family home

This rental was very clean and offered everything you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host also provided some snacks, coffee (you'll need K cups) and tea bags. Most beds were comfy. Upon arrival we discovered the master bath sink had no water. When reported we were informed there was a leak that was discovered by the cleaning crew, apparently right before we got there (?). When asked if a repair was going to be done, I didn't get a response. We did okay without it, but was disappointed at the question not being answered. The pool area could use a couple more chairs. Birthday weekend

A very nice get away for my 30th birthday. Great location for attending the royals game! House was spacious and clean, the pool was a nice way to end the day! Check in and check out was easy! The guidance on where items were located in the house was super nice. 10/10 will stay here again when in KC area.
