Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great condo in Wailea

Nicely remodeled condo. The complex pool and hot tub were nice and relatively uncrowded. Walking distance to beach. Easy access to Wailea and Kihei. Enough room for two adults and two young children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with more amenities than I’ve ever had with other rentals including a full kitchen, outdoor set and grill, and all the beach gear you may need. In addition the property was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Great location, close to anything you may need in Wailea or Kihei.

INCREDIBLE!

We enjoyed two restful quiet peaceful weeks at this condo. The location is perfect for beaches, restaurants, and long walks. The condo is remodeled comfortably and tastefully. We hope to come again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute stay due to the wild fires situation in West Maui. After evacuating a resort in Kaanapali Matt set us up at this The Palms property and it literally made a difficult situation much better. The unit was very comfortable, modern and the lay out was very functional. We had 2 kids with us and even with the murphy bed setup we still had plenty of space. If we have an opportunity to visit Maui again, PMI would be on the top of our list.
