Multiple generations at the whitehouse in Goshen
Goshen is the middle-point between one daughter and her family in the Chicago area, and the other daughter and her family near Cleveland. So the Whitehouse was the perfect choice to meet midway.
We brought both families, including grandchildren ranging from 1.5-11 years old to visit with their old grandpa (me). We visited, cooked, ate, swam, played games, ate some more, slept in late, and had a great time.
The house was conducive to a great time, with its wonderful heated pool, well-equipped kitchen, many bedrooms, large hot-tub, wood-pellet grill, and we weren't concerned about being too loud, because there really wasn't anyone within earshot.
Everything worked and was clean and really did look like what was represented in the photos. There were even supplies we weren't expecting (like many pool towels, lots of nice blankets, a well equipped first-aid kit, boxes (plural!) of Kleenex (not generic brand) in the closet... I could go on).
Having never rented a VRBO home before, I was nervous and peppered the hose with lots of questions, both prior to and during our stay... and he couldn't have been more helpful, gracious and polite. And even when we had a late-Saturday night Air-conditioning crisis, he answered my phone-call, sent someone within 10-minutes, and resolved the problem 30 minutes. He really saved the day! I can't say enough nice things about Myron and his team.
