new villa in June 2016 opened - This beautiful, attractive and luxurious villa Sonja was decorated with attention to detail and care, so it really invites you to dream.

It is a detached villa with a large private pool of 50 m² and a beautiful garden of 1500 m² with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants.

The villa consists of two separate floors, which are rented together. The first floor has a private entrance and consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with sea view, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. Everything is equipped with new high quality Italian furniture and leather sofas.

The large ground floor has two entrances and consists of entrance hall, large kitchen overlooking the pool, 2 beautiful furnished double rooms (one with sea view), a single room, 3 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower and the third large with shower and bath combined. There is a large dining table in the dining room, lodge with dining table, huge living room with leather sofas and fireplace and a new gallery with two single beds. From the living room exit to a very large terrace with a nice relaxation room with sea views.

The ground floor is connected by a staircase in the tavern with a large fireplace in the basement. There is also a large room with table tennis, pool table (8ft), gym with dartboard and a nice bathroom with large shower. Behind the villa is a large private pool 5x10 m with a covered summer kitchen with terrace and a very large table to eat all together and enjoy.

6 bicycles are available to our guests. Arrive and enjoy!

The location of the villa is just perfect. In a quiet location overlooking the sea and the Brijuni National Park. Just 400 meters from the beach and just a short walk from the city center. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away.

Upon arrival, guests must pay the security deposit of 500 euros in cash.
The deposit will be returned to guests after check-out if the property is in order.

Urlaub in Fazana in Villa Sonja

Wir (2 Familien mit 4 Teenagern) haben diese Woche in Fazana sehr genossen! Die Villa Sonja bietet alles was das Herz begehrt! Der Pool mit Aussenküche und Grill ist ein Traum! Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet! Für die Teenies waren der Billardtisch und Tischtennistisch eine tolle Abwechslung! Wir werden die Villa auf alle Fälle Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Villa Sonja ist ein geniales Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küchen sind mit allen Küchengeräten ausgestattet, welche man auch immer benötigt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt im Freien rund ums Haus diverse Sitzgelegenheiten,, der Pool ist genial und auch mit der Außenküche mit Grill hatten wir unsere Freude. Die Vermieten begegnet uns sehr herzlich und waren sofort zur Stelle, als einmal die Sicherung geflogen ist. Auch der Ort ist für kroatische Verhältnisse äußerst gepflegt und wir haben immer gut gegessen. Wir können Villa Sonja und deren Besitzer wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Traumurlaub

Die Villa ist einfach genial. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, alles sauber. Die Outdoorküche war für uns das Highlight, da wir fast den ganzen Tag am Pool verbrachten. Der Strand ist mit den Rädern ist in 2-3. Minuten leicht erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich. Es war für uns einer der erholsamsten Urlaube. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Beautiful house with very nice pool area

Spent a week here in June 2018. The house is very nice equipped with all you need. Ivan and family was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The outdoor kithcen including grill and pool area is very nice. we enjoyed most of our meals there. There is also a nice garden where children can play. The villa is 5 -7 minutes walk from Fazana, a nice little fishervillage with direct ferry to Brijuni. We can gladly recommend this villa :)
