Prista is pleased to introduce this beautiful oceanfront private vacation rental located on the 19th floor in the Jasmine Tower at the luxurious North Beach Resort andVillas. Truly a wonderful resort experience any time of year.

This unit features an open, comfortable floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances (including gas range), two spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. Enjoy your favorite movie or television show on one of the large smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Stay connected (if you must) with free dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Step onto the oceanfront balcony from either the master bedroom or living room, which overlooks the 2.5 acre pool area which includes indoor and outdoor pools, indoor lazy river, hot tubs, swim up and poolside bar and kiddie pools. As a private vacation rental guest, access to the water park, on-site world-class spa, fitness center and inter-resort shuttle service are included in your stay.

must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the
condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time. Motorcycles, RV's, trailers and golf carts are

Beach Vacation

Condo was absolutely beautiful. We’ve stayed at North Beach Towers many times and this condo did not disappoint. The only recommendation would be is to update the outdoor patio furniture, that was a little disappointing.

Honeymoon stay

We came to NMB from Ohio to get married on the beach, most of our guests rented at the North Beach Resort. The overall thoughts on our condo was how spacious, clean, & updated it was. It also smelled extremely good every time we walked in the door! The views were also amazing & all the amenities. This resort is extremely beautiful & just majestic. We definitely will be back. Thank you, the Erbes.

First family vacation

We went on our first vacation since having our daughter and it was perfect! The condo is so nice and has amazing views. The staff at the resort is friendly, and communicating with the hosts is easy and they reply quickly. The resort is in a convenient location. The room was super clean and exactly as it looks in pictures. I would 100% recommend this condo and the resort to people and would stay here again!
