About this property

Stay in our happy home that makes you want to stay longer! Private pool and spa area. Eat on the covered deck and enjoy the great weather! There is a removable fence around the pool to keep little ones safe and doors that tell you when they have been opened to keep everyone aware. There is laundry washer and dryer in the garage, disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas range and big fridge. Perfect location with a field and park on the block area. Very safe location, and close to everything from restaurants, major grocery stores and restaurants to theme parks, and about hour from Cocoa beach one way, and West palm beach and New Smyrna about 1 hr. 15 min the other way. Easy access to main thorough fares. Uber or Lyft can transport you from airport for about $45. WiFi in the house, with smart TV/ Roku. A/c works great! Come stay with us for a wonderful, memorable vacation!
In winter time heating the pool is an option for extra heating fee. Let us know if desired. We also have a BBQ gas grill available (extra gas and cleaning fee if desired by guests). There are 3 TV’s and an Alexa for playing music. Great house for your vacation!!

Very nice home.

Very good communication with the owner. Perfect location. With 15-20 minutes to Disney parks. Very enjoyable vacation.

Awesome home with private pool

Family vacation

The house was outstanding well stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation ,we spent 16 days there. Kim,our host was great to work with, she was very responsive to making sure everything was in tiptop shape for us. The pool area with the hot tub was great relaxing space to enjoy our family. We would most definitely return. Thank you, Kim.

Wonderful clean home with Mickey Mouse pool

The home is very clean & located near Margaritaville resort, a movie theater, lots of stores including Target, Publix, and is a 6 min drive to Walmart & Starbucks. The host is lovely and very responsive. The master bed was so comfortable! Slightly firm but with a plush mattress topper that makes it feel incredibly comfortable. The pool is well maintained & like new with a Mickey Mouse design on the bottom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The pool is awesome

Very clean house, Kitchen very nice and well stocked, beds for us where to firm but if you like firm there great. House behind this house has a filthy Lanai that really is an eye sore to look at. Very close to all things Disney and Orlando. Over all enjoyed our stay and would recommend

We have been hosting our place in Puerto Vallarta for over 25 years and the one in Florida for a couple of years now and it’s so much fun to see people relaxing and having a great time with their families that means a lot to me! We try to make every experience memorable so they will want to come back. We always encourage them to send us suggestions on how we can make it better for them.

Why they chose this property

This location is close to everything from restaurants to shopping, to Disney and only a short distance to the beaches. There are two king sized beds and 1 queen, and a day bed with a trundle that are both twin size.

What makes this property unique

The pool area is protected by a screen and also a net to keep little ones safe. Please keep it up whenever there are little ones around. Do not ever leave smaller children unattended. There is an alert system that tells you when a door has been opened to protect all entrances and exits from kids getting out without your knowledge. Please pay close attention to those warning calls.
There is no smoking inside the house. THANK YOU!
