After a beautiful day spent on the beach or swimming in the community pool, you'll come home to an open living and dining space with views of the Atlantic Ocean. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as two sets of sliding glass doors that connect to the oceanfront balcony - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-August
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
