Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private, oceanfront balcony at Worcester House 502, a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo that's a wonderful choice for a small family visiting Ocean City.

This condo was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and luxe hybrid mattresses (with combination spring coils and a memory foam top) and new bedding in the bedroom (2019). You'll be treated to an oceanfront living room that connects to a balcony overlooking the beach, a private washer/dryer, air conditioning, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom.

Worcester House is an oceanfront property that's conveniently located in midtown Ocean City (51st Street). Seacrets is only blocks away, as are a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, conveniences, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
