Superb Stay!

Alex and Alla, We want to thank you for an amazing experience we had while staying at your gorgeous house in this beautiful community! It was an amazing experience from the day we made reservations. Your attention to every detail, your prompt responses and willingness to walk an extra mile for us, your guests- everything taken together has made our stay so much easier and relaxing. Your gorgeous house exceeded all our expectations, your great taste and style are worth mentioning it separately. The comfort and relaxation of this stay made us wanting to be your future guests for as along as you keep renting out... Every little detail, including but not limited to kitchen utensils, cookware, dinnerware, bedrooms soft and cozy beds, most comfortable pillows, high quality linen, tasteful decor throughout- all this makes your house so special. The pool deserves a separate praise, can't think of a better place to relax and spend time with family and friends. We really enjoyed the spa, which is not found in every house. Naples reserve community is definitely a place for luxurious vacay or getaway, every amenity here invites to come over and over again. We were so sorry to leave, but hope to be back again soon. Once again, this IS the place and thank you for having us!

Naples Reserve vacation

We stayed just over a month in this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We were close to Marco and tours of the Everglades. The amenities in the development include tiki bar and restaurant, community pool and dog park. Highly recommend this property.

Alex & Alla’s home in Naples Reserve is gorgeous! They truly thought of everything right down to the scents. It is a beautiful location and community. This was truly the best rental we have experienced in Naples. Alex is quick to assist any need you may have. We were very careful to care for their beautiful home as you can tell it was decorated in luxury and well thought out. We will have our own home soon, but will recommend this as our first choice to friends. 5*stars!

Exceeded my expectations.

After a month in a home rental, I feel uniquely qualified to give a fair, balanced and unbiased review. The neighborhood is Naples Reserve and it’s truly a slice of paradise. We rented for the month and closed on our home in this community towards the end of our stay. It’s a wonderful place. The house is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay ideal. The hosts thought of everything form ample comfortable pillows to a fully equipped laundry room. Their choice of decor was spot on and even more unique was the ‘scent’ of the home. They went to great lengths to choose really lovely scents, the house spelled delightful. What made the stay so much more positive was Alex. His goal was to meet our needs. If we came up with something that the house might need… it arrived by Amazon the next day. He was super helpful with all the tech in the house and was there to troubleshoot any problems we had. He was always eager to take any comments or suggestions on things that might improve the home or the experience for the folks staying. It was definitely 5 stars and I’d highly recommend the house and the hosts. Sadly, I won’t be a customer anymore because I have my own place now but Alex is the kind of guy I’d enjoy a nice cocktail with!

This house was not meant to be a rental property and it is not. This is our home, but we just can't use it all the time yet, so we decided to share our piece of paradise with others. Located in a brand new community that is strategically located about half way from downtown Naples to Marco Island, so you are equally close to both. Whether you are looking to relax or want to work, this house will have all you need.
