Great place for Philly weekend

Our group was in town for a charity event in Fairmount Park and this house was very convenient. It is well appointed, lots of rooms and bathrooms. It is street parking but we didn't have any problem parking within a block of the house. The roof top deck provides a great view of the city skyline. Ramon was a very good host.

Family Gathering

This was a mini family reunion of sorts for my mom. We brought in both her sisters and their families and two of her remaining aunts. We were not expecting 4 levels and the amount of stairs but the house was great. We had air mattresses so it was easier to keep family units together but watch out for bed configuration. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was great having 3 full bathrooms and was a major reason we chose the house. The bathrooms were small but clean. The neighborhood is much safer than it looks. We walked to the grocery store close by and found a great coffee place in walking distance as well.

Best Place I loved everything about it

They were very nice with perfect customer service. The apartment was very clean everything made our stay an enjoyable experience and will always book this place anytime I visit Philadelphia.

Great stay

We had a great time. Ramon was very responsive to messages. House was clean and tidy, good setup for our group of adults. Would definitely stay here again.
