Perfect WPB Stay

Loved every minute of our stay near the intracoastal waters of West Palm Beach. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The house had a pool with a water feature that we enjoyed whenever we came back. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean. We also felt safe and able to easily contact the management if we needed. Perfect vacation house.

Super Nice Place- Fantastic Location

Loved this place. Location was perfect so close to the Intercoastal walkway/bikeway. Wish the pool was heated.

Good stay - Home improvement could make it great

Interior cleanliness and location top notch. Five homes from the Intercoastal and five minutes to every and anywhere. Bathrooms and AC in need of renovation/repair. Yard and exterior not up to par. Home needs some TLC, but perhaps that’s a personal opinion because this is my neighborhood. I’ve stayed in other homes from same property management company. The host team is VERY accessible and friendly.

Perfect Oasis

Very sweet home, with ideal backyard, and access to Palm Beach, West Palm, and walking areas. The house manager was very attentive and the home was simple, but comfortable. We were a married couple and adult daughter, all with work to do, but time to get to the beach or walk. We needed space to work individually, but quick access to shopping, nice restaurants, and the outdoors. This fit the bill nicely. Having the sun porch and back patio helped us to not feel cooped up. House was well outfitted with necessary kitchen stuff, beach chairs/towels, tvs, and good wifi. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and secluded from the strip mall areas. The only suggestions for the landlord are to consider a king sized bed in the main bedroom and to update the rugs, which are a little klunky. Highly recommend this sweet place.
