Gorgeous beaches meet beautiful living spaces with this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom slice of paradise beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach Florida! This 11th floor unit at Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1 features a king size bed in the Master Bedroom as well as a private bath with large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed with an additional sleeper sofa and single sofa bed in the common area and shares the second bath with the living space. The beachfront condo overlooks the Lagoon Pool and features two full bathrooms, full kitchen with wet bar, and plenty of space in the common area for you and the family to relax while watching waves in at the Gulf Of Mexico oceanfront Edgewater Resort complex.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

Fun vacation!

This is a great location for a vacation! Our condo was better than expected and reasonably priced. Our questions were answered promptly by the property manager. We would definitely return to this resort again!

Beautiful condo. Resort was clean and easy to get around. My only complaint is I wish there was more information in the condo on the location of all the pools.

Winter break

We visited Florida in February to escape the cold winter weather at home. We had a great visit. My husband is in a wheelchair which made the tight doorways and maneuvering around in the bedroom difficult. 9:00 check-out was hard but the rest of our stay was great!

Review

View is spectacular. Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing, however there is more wear and tear than we expected. Would have liked to have some written instructions as to how to change the temperature (we did eventually figure it out) and how to raise and lower the window blinds (we found the remote but only 1 of the 4 blinds actually went up and down). Thank you for giving us until 10:00 am to check out instead of the required 9:00 am. The resort is wonderful and it was especially nice having a restaurant on-site.
