The 3-room apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and can be reached via a staircase with a separate entrance. It is about 65 square meters, bright and friendly, has space for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed and has been modernly and / or comfortably furnished. In the large living room there is a seating corner with sofa bed and a dining table with chairs, a modern flat screen TV. The fireplace here provides cozy comfort in winter. The apartment has wireless internet. In the 1st. Bedrooms have a comfortable double bed with night tables and reading lamps, a large flat screen TV and a wardrobe, as well as a small children's travel bed and a high chair. In the 2nd Bedrooms have a single bed with an extra pull-out bed and a wardrobe. At your arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are already covered with linen. The separate, modern kitchen has a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster and fridge and freezer.   The large bathroom is equipped with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin and has natural daylight. And a child up to 3 years) are situated right at the Baaber Heide in Baabe and only 800 m from the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea.   Baabe, where the house is located with the apartments, a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape.   The z. T. 2017 modernized apartments were lovely and comfortable. For each apartment a beautiful sun terrace with garden furniture in the garden behind the house. The apartment on the upper floor also has a fireplace.   Just 20 meters from the house also runs a Strandshuttel free through the village ubd to the beach.   Parking is available directly at the house. For you have brought bicycles is a garaging available. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to object. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
