From the terrace of this luxurious vacation apartment in the OstseeResort Olpenitz, you can enjoy the view over the wide mouth of the Schleim River all the way to the Baltic Sea. The apartment extends over two floors (1st + 2nd floor) and offers great views from all rooms. From the living room you look into the greenery, while you can enjoy the cozy crackling of the fire in the Scandinavian stove. On the adjacent south-facing balcony, sun loungers are ready for you. On the other side of the house is the large terrace with its own beach chair and breathtaking panoramic view the water.

Thanks to the large bathtub with bubble function and your private sauna, the house is a true wellness paradise even in the cooler seasons. The wellness bathroom is located in the attic, as are the two bedrooms. Even from up here you can enjoy magnificent views of nature through the large windows.

A small bathing bay with a sandy beach belongs to the OstseeResort Olpenitz and it is also not far to the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches down to Schönhagen. The direct proximity to the incredibly beautiful nature, the water and the nature reserve is unique in Germany. Let your soul dangle here and enjoy the surroundings. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, you can find offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature.
