Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great stay for a family of 8 - August 10th weekend

The property is very nice and cozy. Location is prime. Very close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and a 7 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and everything you need to cook for your family. The indoor and outdoor pool was a plus. We would definitely book at this property again. Thank you for the great stay.

Pros and cons

Pros-Great location. Clean and nice size. Had basically everything you would need in a house which was great. Nice care package included with essentials. Cons- Check in was terrible. The email that’s sent to you with instructions is just completely wrong. It says you must check in at the front office and get a welcome packet and if after hours use blue lock box on the side of the building. Well office staff were annoyed talking to me and said they work for the timeshare and not affiliated with Vacasa and couldn’t help me. There was only a gray lock box which the code didn’t work. When my husband called customer service all they suggested was to try again. Well it still didn’t work. They didn’t even know what was in the welcome packet so we just assumed it was a parking pass. We found out later it also must have had a pool pass because they kicked us out of the pool for not having one. Again when calling customer service about it they said they’d have to get the lifeguards side of the story which just makes no sense. Not sure what that would do. Hot water lasts 15 minutes and porter potty outside of pool has a lock on it that no code was given to us. Overall good stay just need better customer service help. They should absolutely know how to help with check in or have on site people to help

Fit our needs

We had two priorities when booking. Walk to beach and a pool. We could walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. If you walk from the unit straight to the shopping center there’s an opening in the fence and that route is quicker. The outdoor pool was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. Most of the pool was 3 foot so they could play safely. They had a lifeguard and it wasn’t overcrowded. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequate, not extensive. Lots of pillows and bath towels. Previous experiences with Vrbo we had an owner to deal with. This time it’s a management company called Vacasa. Horrible experience. Beforehand I tried to ask hours on pool. They never got me an answer. (9:30-7:00) When we arrived we had to go to their office which was miles away from the unit. They gave us outdated pool passes and not enough for our family. We needed to use the couch bed and there were no sheets. We asked for sheets. They said they would bring some. I spent a day asking and they always said someone would but it didn’t happen. You are basically dealing with a parent company and no local staff. Even the local number goes to the main. You get constant pat answers probably a Bot and never any action. Huge fail. So we enjoyed our stay but if you need something forget it.

Great for our family!

Great setup, nice pool, SUPER convenient location. Can’t beat the area and ability to walk to so many places to eat and live music. Location, location, location. Steps to the beach!

Nice beach getaway spot

Our children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The location was close to restaurants and stores. Kitchen had a variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. Linens were provided except there were no pillowcases. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Would definitely consider staying here again

Best Condo

We loved it. I would love to know what brand of mattress was in the master. Up until my stay there i always thought Marriott had the best king size beds, but this Condo by far outdid the Marriott. Close to every amenity necessary and space to just relax and chill at the condo. Highly recommend

Amazing

Good Unit

I was impressed on the care package on items you may have forgotten. Kitcken stocked with cooking needs.. Pool was great for grandchildren. Walk to the beach was good even for children. Restaurants just around the corner. You can leave your car behind and walk nearby for your needs.
