Perfectly-located and quiet Sugarhouse home in SLC with 1-car garage & 3-4 driveway spots. 8 person Bullfrog added on December 12, 2023. Self-check-in, fenced backyard, private patio, grill & fireplace. Front patio for coffee/tea. 2 washer/dryer units, Xbox, smart TVs in most bedrooms. Close to U of Utah/downtown (9 min), Primary Children's Hospital/Huntsman Cancer Institute (12-14 min), Airport (15 min), Park City (25 min), ski resorts (35 min). Immaculate home in Sugarhouse

This home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. There is plenty of space, and it has all of the amenities you need. The owners are responsive and have good communication. If we need to be back in Salt Lake we will definitely be back.

Sweet cozy space of Salt Lake City

This place was so incredible. The lay out was exceptional. The updates on the home were what made this home feel welcoming. The tiny touches of love with a goodie basket when you walk in. When I’m wrapped in white covers it makes me feel like I’m in luxury. The neighbor was so quiet which was so secure feeling for me. I loved that the market was a 5 minute walk. This is the best place to stay. 5 stars. Andrew was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful Home

This was a perfect stay for my out of town family in the heat of the Salt Lake July summer! Owners were very attentive and kind. Hopefully we will be back!

Kitchen: The kitchen is newly remodeled with brand new appliances. The space includes a crock pot, coffee pot, pressure cooker, blender, toaster, French press, electric skillet, heavy duty pots and pans/bake wear, waffle maker, kid friendly dishes and everything you could possible want to be able to cook or bake during your stay.

Baby gear: Pack-n-play, dishes, and high chair. Let us know if we can set these items up for your stay.

Skiing: Approximately 35 minutes from 7 world class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude)

Hiking: Hiking trails are abundant in the area. City creek and shoreline trails are 10 minute drive or 20 minutes on public transit. Millcreek Canyon and Big and Little Cottonwood canyons contain some of our favorite hikes, including Pipeline, Lake Mary, Cecret Lake, Lake Blanche, Donut Falls, Red Pine Lake, and White Pine Lake. We highly recommend downloading AllTrails to better identify local hikes and difficulty levels.

The front patio is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee and get ready for your day.

Washer/Dryer: 2 washer/dryer units in the home! Each floor has a washer/dryer available to guests.
