The bunk house is a mini chalet! It's a great location for quiet privacy. It is a stand alone unit located next to the main lodge. It offers a queen size bed with an additional pull out sleeper sofa. It has a full bath with shower and clawfoot tub. Mini fridge, wifi, and tv. Pet friendly!

Great little place!

The check in/out process was very easy and this little lodge had everything we needed for a weekend stay in Ellicottville!

This place is a DUMP

This is a converted shed - not built to the building code. Doorway too low to permit a 5'10" adult to walk in without bumping his head. Screen in one window didn't fit the window. Coffee maker, but no cups. Bath/shower was jury-rigged. Would not recommend it. This should not be listed on VRBO.

Great Location - A Bit Musty

It was a very convenient location to explore Ellicottville. The mini chalet was nice and accommodating for the two of us and our dog. The only downfall was the overpowering musty smell. When we arrived there was a air purifier by the front door but it wasn’t turned on. We had it on high for the majority of our stay but it was still very over powering.
