Great house
Great house! Checking in was super simple, we used the fire pit and the hot tub. The hot tub was not heating up the first day, but the host was very quick to respond and send someone out to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!

Worked perfectly for our large group
I’ve used VRBO several times over the years. Everything about securing and staying at this Property was just as advertised and expected. We needed 5 bedrooms and common rooms to relax and this provided both comfortably. One of my older siblings had a challenge getting on the high bed so suggested maybe a small stool in a closet might be helpful for some guests. I’d stay there again if I needed that many rooms.

Great place in a good location fine for dogs
We enjoyed out stay at this house in a nice quiet, walk-able neighborhood. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and fenced in yard for dogs. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. Minutes drive to the Arboretum where we took the dogs for walking. Neighborhood has a community park with mountain bike trails that is worth seeing. If you have small children, I would check about availability of a gate for the front stairs, high chair and child's eating utensils. Also more lighting in the backyard for taking dogs out at night would be welcomed. That being said, we would reserve this place the next time we are going to Asheville.
