Overall Good place to stay
Only issues that came up were with initial booking. Had to email the host first because they need to approve you with building managers before booking. I got charged the service fee twice because It didn’t mention that anywhere and I thought I had entered my card info wrong so I re-entered and it was not able to process. Then I emailed the host because I didn’t want to try and get charged again.
And with the parking situation. Free street parking you actually need a permit so you cant park on any street. The spot hero app found us parking but a mile away for an extra 200 dollars. I messaged the host asking if we could use the parking spot in the back of the building that had the apartment number on it that we were staying since alll the spots were open in the back. I never got a response back until 5 minutes before we were about to check out and I was told I was parked illegally and needed to move ASAP.
