Stroll along the stunning beaches of Sanibel Island from this central location where only few people have access to the beach. Private, tranquil, and comfortable. Picture yourself waking up in the large master bedroom with direct views of the beach and the water. Spend your morning looking for unique shell treasures along the remote white powder beaches. Have lunch along your private heated pool. Spend your day relaxing on the expansive lanai with comfortable sectional sofa. Sip cocktails while watching the stunning sunsets from your own lanai or on the sand.
Walk into this large beach home with soaring ceilings, an open floorplan, and new furnishings. The large living room features two large couches, cathedral ceiling, flat screen television and sliding glass doors. The open kitchen has everything you need to create a fabulous meal. The open dining room has a large table that seats 8+ for great family meals. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed, updated furnishings and private bathroom with a shower and large closet. This first guest room has another comfortable king bed with large closets and tranquil décor. The second guest room features a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with a shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds, a small seating area and attached bathroom with shower. The expansive lanai spans the entire living and dining room with more stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool.

Chateau Sur Mer is a quiet neighborhood that has access to stunning beaches. You will often feel like you have the beach to yourself on this special stretch of Sanibel Island.
