LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, kick back in the open living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 48” TV and DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests over three bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 40” TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom boasts a queen bed and 32” TV. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in water views from the second-level deck, furnished with three rocking chairs.

On the ground level, a covered patio and charcoal grill create the perfect spot for family cookouts. Enjoy tasty alfresco meals at the picnic table.

An outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the driveway and two underneath the home).

This stilted home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

THE LOCATION

Located just steps from the beach, this home is a coastal dream. The lack of highrise hotels on the Bolivar Peninsula means Gulf views are abundant in every direction.

Find fun for the whole family across the street at the Fun Spot Water Slide (.6 miles).

Several restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, and a plethora of additional options are easily accessible within a 10-minute drive up or down the peninsula.

For a fun day trip, visit the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, just 1 hour away by car. Or drive south and take the ferry to Galveston.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
