The VRBO calendar has been acting up recently. Feel free to message me directly to inquire about summer 2024 dates if the calendar is showing them as unavailable.

2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo close to the beach - Our villa is at the front of the complex and a short walk along the beach path to the sand - close to bike paths & community pool.

Please note VRBO's "10 minute drive to the beach" is incorrect. That is to the closest public beach. Our villa is walkable to the private Shipyard beach entrance. Our villa is directly behind The Sonesta Resort.

Our condo includes a spacious living area (living, dining, eat-in kitchen, half bath) downstairs with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, and laundry upstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour on the back deck.

Your booking includes the charge for one Shipyard Gate pass. Please contact host if an additional pass is needed. The cost if $25 per pass and a maximum of 2 passes can be purchased.

The gated communal pool is open from April - October. There is no lifeguard on duty. An emergency phone is available in the gated pool area. Swim at your own risk.

Nice Stay, Needs Deep Cleaning.

Property needs updating outside and better cleanliness inside. Bed spreads not being laundered and master bedroom sheets not laundered and in terrible condition. After taking care of issues ourselves, stay was enjoyable and being close to beach a plus. Love the island and will return at a different location.

Great time

Amanda made every accommodation to meet our schedule. Weather that was a hurricane threat turned to absolutely beautiful days and nights. Beach proximity was a real plus. It was a great time for all.

Good 1. Dryer takes 2 or 3 times to dry, usually a blocked dryer duct. 2. Picture in bathroom on top of toilet instead of hanging on wall. 3. Internet very weak. 4. Everything else excellent. Many upgrades looked great. Great location. Overall 4 of 5.

Hilton Head Island is our home away from home. Being the parents of school aged kids, we can't enjoy the property as often as we'd like. We love sharing our home with others so your family can make memories in Hilton Head too.

We purchased our villa in 2018. 2022 is our first year self-managing. We desire to have more direct contact with our guests so we can ensure you have a great vacation.

We love the beach, the wildlife, and all the delicious restaurants. I'm a total foodie and love sharing my food tips with guests. We'd love to host your family and share our favorite travel tips for HHI to make your vacation memorable.

Our villa is close to the beach and very comfortable. Our goal is to provide a clean and cozy unit for our guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. There are 2 full bedrooms with private baths and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great proximity to the beach. Shipyard is conveniently located to shops & restaurants. Living areas are downstairs with bedrooms and laundry upstairs.
