This 1900sf desert sanctuary has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set in a large, fully walled in lot, with a covered patio and private pool (not heated) and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house also features tile flooring, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large open living room and dining room area with vaulted ceilings and a wet bar, washer/dryer, and 2 full sized bathrooms with walk in showers and 1 free standing tub. Lime plaster paint used throughout is all natural, hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial, and anti-viral.

I’d like to highlight this property’s location to area hospitals. Having smooth tile throughout the one-level home was important to me. An added bonus was picking a grapefruit for my breakfast each day.
