Are you looking to explore Denver or for an outdoor adventure? This new 3-beds, 2.5-baths vacation rental is the place to enjoy it all! The 2,000 sqft brand new ranch home is strategically located close to Littleton downtown, 10 miles from Denver and short driving to all Colorado's outdoor attractions. We are looking for monthly tenant starting October 7th! First month, last month and security deposit will be due after background check.

$5,000.00/month with $2,500.00 refundable security deposit. First and last month due upon reservation completion. Let us know your dates and we will adjust the reservation accordingly!

A great place to stay!

The home was wonderful and very nice. It's a great location and really the only family home to rent in the Chatfield area. Property management was very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly.
