Bedroom 2 offers 2 Twin Bunk Beds while Bedroom 3 offers an additional King size bed. No fighting over the remote! This unit offers a TV/DVD combo in each bedroom. The Guest Bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3. It offers guests a Tub/Shower Combo with 1 Vanity Sink. Towels/washcloths are provided. For families with small children, we have just added a 'pack and play' portable crib, a child size step stool, and a booster seat to make it more child friendly.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area’s Sectional Sofa and Large Flat Screen Entertainment Center with (Stereo/DVD.) Gulf views are accessible through the living area’s balcony.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
