This condo is conveniently located between the two pools and hot tubs at Wrenwood / Robinwood. You will especially enjoy the "point" pool and hot tub located right at the water's edge of the main channel! Both pools offer large deck areas with plenty of loungers and tables for relaxing and watching the boats speed by. Wrenwood/ Robinwood also offers a tennis court (lined for pickle ball as well), a basketball goal and a small child's playground area. We have a convenient office nearby with regular hours where you will be checking in and picking up keys. Limited boat slip rental is available at an additional fee for boats under 28 foot. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location nearby. We also offer other condos to rent at this complex if you need additional space. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
