With Romantic Master BR w/mood-lighting, Luxurious bathroom w/ walk'n shower/ bench & large jetted jacuzzi, Spa room w/ massage, complimentary Keurig & champaign, rose petals, romantic music/lighting, adult card games; this suite aims to pamper your adult senses non stop. Music, Lights, dance, massage, games, relaxation, entertainment and fun in the romantic ambience of this suite.

SPACES AT HOME:
*Romantic King BR w/ mood-lighting & long mirror. Nectar Memory foam mattress as we believe sleep & relaxation is paramount to an amazing experience. It has 43 in LG Smart TV with subscriptions. His & Her wall closets with iron and board. Can provide complimentary romantic heart shaped rose petals on the bed at request subject to time.

* You will fall in love w/ modern luxurious romantic Master Bath w/ large jetted Jacuzzi for two, walk'n large shower, quartz bench, rain- shower & double vanity.

* Updated Modern Kitchen. All essential appliances, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots, pans and spices. Keurig Coffee maker with complimentary pods. Complimentary Sparkling wine/champagne/brut at request. Wine and drink supplies. Large quartz counter w/bar stools. Can be used as workstation.

* Open living with luxurious sectional, mirror and can be used as a dance area. 65 in LG smart tv with surround sound. Netflix, Amazon, Disney, LG channel, HBO max Subscriptions. You can also screen mirror/airplay your phone/tablet screen on to large TV including movies.

* All home audio through amazon echo with unlimited amazon music subscription & access to millions of songs.

* Entrance Spa Room. Has a futon sofa which can folded down. Massage table, supplies & instructions can be added at request.

* This suite is basement unit with a separate entrance from backyard. It has a dedicated "parking garage" behind the backyard & direct access to backyard and then to the unit downstairs from the backyard.

*There are adult game cards/dices that can used to enhance your experience.

* Laundry washer & dryer available and are in the utility /storage room which opens through the door in the hallway. This is also a storage room for us. laundry is only available for guests who stay for more then 2 nights and with request. Please do not touch other equipment other than use for laundry.

*There is a separate rental unit upstairs. It is mainly occupied only for big events in Indy and is not occupied at other times. We will let you know when it is occupied. When upstairs unit is occupied, they have been instructed to keep the noise levels to low especially after 10 pm.

TOWN: WHY BROAD RIPPLE
It's in heart of Broad Ripple, cornerstone of Indy's youth culture and nightlife & is close to famous Monon Trail.
This suite was specifically chosen for romantic retreat as it is in the heart of broad ripple and 10 min walk/4 min bike ride/2 min drive to heart of Broad Ripple village, which is a cornerstone of Indianapolis's youth culture and nightlife with it's thriving bar scene and restaurants. Village stays true to its motto "we're open if you are," as numerous Broad Ripple bars and restaurants remain open as late as 3 A.M. on weekends and often on weekdays. It is home to mouth-watering cafes & restaurants, award winning breweries/bars/nightclubs and art galleries. Plunge into this exciting and vibrant nightlife.
White river runs through the Broad Ripple and the riverwalk is beautiful.
4 min walk and 1 min bike ride to the famous "Monon Trail". Start your day with a walk/bike ride on Monon trail and then along the "River walk", then have a quick morning bite at the Gallery or Cake Bake, lunch at one of the bistros and end your night at Kilroy's/Brother's/ Red room.
This suite is only 20 min drive to Indianapolis downtown, Convention center, Lucas oil stadium, Pacers stadium and 25 min to speedway. 10-15 min drive to Carmel/Fishers. 10 min walk to Indy Go bus stop which has frequent buses to downtown.

OUR GOAL:
We aim to create a memorable romantic experience and make it fun for you friends who book with us and in a sex positive environment. Complimentary Rose petals on bed and bath & Champaign are provided subject to availability. Additional romantic packages including chocolate covered strawberries, special wine/alcohol, etc can be added at request and subject to availability. Please let us know if you have any special requests/ideas to enhance your experience and we will try to accommodate them if possible for us.

If requested in a timely manner, we can provide Complimentary Romantic Package which includes- (1)Heart shaped rose petals on the bed, (2) Rose petals around bathtub, (3) Sparkling wine/champagne/brut with glasses, (4) Massage table with oils. These are subject to availability and time. Please ask at the time of the booking.

Other additional amenities at an additional price include (a) Chocolate covered strawberries, (b) Eggs, bagels/bread, (c) Special wine/alcohol, (b) anniversary/birthday cake etc and should be asked at the time of the booking and subject to availability and time.

***Although this place is mainly intended to be romantic getaway and for adults, this place can also booked by other parties/groups/friends for game events and the space can be adjusted and accommodated per requirements. Can accommodate up to 3 adults at any time, but up to total of 5 on game days with request & subject to availability of extra beds, mattresses and linen and will be accommodated in the living room.
