This small, comfortable apartment is nestled in a quaint, quiet 9 unit complex, yet close enough to the restaurants, ASU campus and night life that Tempe has to offer!

We also have the following amenities to make your stay more comfortable:

NOTE: we do keep our thermostats locked at 72 degrees to conserve energy.

The Space:
This small, comfortable apartment is nestled in a quaint, quiet 9 unit complex, yet close enough to the restaurants, ASU campus and night life that Tempe has to offer!

Guest Access:
There is a shared courtyard (not fully enclosed) and a locked community coin laundry room available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent is inside both laundry room and apartment for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Tempe is bustling with activities for everyone and this location is in the heart of it, without being close to the congestion, noise and parking issues.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, as are other modes of transportation, including Ride apps for scooters or bikes, which can be found all over the area.

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM

Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live nearby, but make ourselves available whenever needed by phone, and can come out to take care of guests' needs, if necessary.
