The cleaners and the quietness with a decent price. The owner was very friendly. 20 min to downtown Chico. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a quiet getaway.

The place is far enough away from town to make you feel secluded (in a good way) but close enough that it's convenient to go into town as needed. It was a really comfy stay and we fell asleep listening to the babbling of the near by creek. The host was also really nice.
