About this property

Modern and comfortable equipped our holiday home is located directly below the Granetalsperre in a very quiet location and invites you to relax, cycling, hiking, skiing and a total of a great holiday.

The apartment consists of a living room, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor and a bedroom and a full bath with bathtub upstairs. The basement also has a washing machine and a pool table. In addition, there is a seating area in front of the house, which is suitable for sunbathing, barbecues and lingering.

The apartment is ideal for two people. On request, we can provide extra beds for a further two persons.

It is a self-catering house, with towels and bed linen provided. If you arrive late in the evening, we offer you the possibility to fill the fridge once for you after a purchase list. Feel free to contact us.

The nearest supermarket is five minutes away by car in Langelsheim. In Goslar you can reach a variety of restaurants and bars.

Directly in front of the house is a parking lot on the private grounds, which can be used free of charge.

Possibilities Skier and bicycles lockable are given. A drying room is also available.

We as a landlord live in the immediate vicinity, so that we can help you at any time with advice and act.

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Due to the narrow spiral staircase in the upper floor, the apartment is not suitable for disabled and not suitable for small children.

Wenn man auszeit sucht ist man in dem haus richtig! Ein sauberes modernes Häuschen mit sehr netten Vermieter. Immer wieder ....wir kommen wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter, das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und sauber. Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch sind bei diesem Haus besonders hervorzuheben, das gibt es kaum irgendwo anders. Man wohnt in wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung mit Wandermöglichkeiten von der Unterkunft aus und natürlich sind viele Ausflugsziele gut mit Auto erreichbar. Ein paar Tipps vom Vermieter sind immer nützlich und werden sicher auch bei künftigen Besuchen Beachtung finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Einladendes Eckreihenhaus

Der Check-In lief mit den Vorabinfos des Vermieters sehr reibungslos. Vor Ort war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Billardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte im Keller haben für sportliche Abwechslung und Vorfreude auf die Outdoor Saison gesorgt. Das große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit angeschlossenem Bad und Badewanne sind für die Entspannung nach den Harz-Touren bestens geeignet. Ein Waschmaschinentab mehr hätte zwar nicht geschadet, aber das ist auch schon alles, was gefehlt hat.

Super Urlaub!

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber man kann alles andere innerhalb in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Wir sind super erholt wieder nach Hause gereist und würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen :)
