Clean and spacious home

This newly renovated property was clean and well equipped to host our family of 6. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located to restaurants and highways. Billy was gracious and quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to renting this property again the next time we're in Diamond Bar.

This was our first time using a rental. We wished one of the bedrooms had double beds.The house was very clean. No problems at all. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

The home was clean, in a nice/safe neighborhood and everything we expected. We enjoyed our stay and our host William was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious home in Nice quiet neighborhood

This property was great. Very spacious. There was a roll away bed in one of the closets that we used for a younger member of our family. The couches were comfortable and they both turned into sofa sleepers. The backyard was filled with fruit trees. We did pick some limes for our tea and tequila! We even saw squirrels and rabbits while enjoying our morning coffee on the patio. Communication with the owner was simple and he was quick to respond. We rent homes often as we like to travel and this was the first house we booked where we, the guests, are not responsible for any cleanup. We didn’t have to gather linens or load the dishwasher. This was a first for us! Kudos to the owners for having a great cleaning crew. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were no Late night noises or rowdy neighbors. We travel to souther California once a year so we will definitely keep this place in mind for next year. I definitely recommend this property! It’s so worth it!
