This is your vacation home away from home! 15 minutes from nearly all Orlando attractions, this clean, quiet three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Terra Verde Resort townhome is your perfect spot to take a break from the bustle of the theme parks. Once you get here, you may decide not to venture off the resort grounds!

With a gated entrance, large heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, basketball court, walking paths, attraction ticket sales, movie theater, video arcade, and fishing lakes, the Terra Verde resort has all the amenities you need regardless of your age. It is perfect for traveling for vacation or work.

The townhouse comes with:

10. Amazing resort amenities are all available for the $25 gate/resort card fee (extra when checking in to the resort).

When you arrive at the gated entrance, you must sign in, and they will direct you to the clubhouse. The concierge will provide you with a key card for access for the remainder of your stay and all important information about Terra Verde Resort. You will receive a unique keypad entry number to the townhouse with your rental information. Through booking, guests agree to the $300 fully refundable security deposit, house rules, and liability waiver.

Maximum occupancy of 6 guests includes those under 2 years old.

The townhouse is minutes from Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, with easy access to the parks and highways.

Amazing 1 week stay. Everything was great, comfortable and clean. The resort was well-kept and had lots of things to do! Would come back

Plenty to do do, you won't be bored!

The complex has plenty of facilities including tennis, table tennis, a gym pool table and a lovely pool. There is a sauna but we didn’t feel the need to use it. The staff at the complex were very friendly and accommodating helping us get the best price for park tickets. You feel extremely safe here and after 10 pm it is very quiet (not that it was noisy before). I would happily return and recommend this complex to anyone looking to stay here.

Great location!

Nice neighborhood, very secure! 3 BR 2.5Ba townhome is very roomy and cozy. The beds are a little uncomfortable but the overall townhome is clean and I’m great condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all of your needs.

This place was so clean and exactly like the pictures.

Make sure you bring your fishing poles andd so get bait the pond has huge fish and the office has everything else. Everything was great!

There are many rental communities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, but after visiting many of them, we realized none feels right except for Terra Verde! This townhome has been lovingly updated to allow all guests to relax, feel at home, and have all the resort amenities. The private patio, washer/dryer, and tasteful decor make this property the one you will want to come to again and again.
