The charming and lovingly furnished roof-duplex apartment (over 2 floors) for 4 people is located in the center (old town) of Ascona in the pedestrian area. The location is fantastic - on the one hand quiet, yet centrally located.

The apartment house with shops on the ground floor is located on the Via Borgo, in the immediate vicinity of numerous boutiques, restaurants, cafes, galleries, etc. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful lake promenade.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and idyllic. The exceptional ceiling height, the bright furniture and the exposed beams give the apartment additional flair and southern ambience. Once arrived, you feel immediately at ease - the holiday can begin. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or want to do something - Ascona offers a wide range for all needs. ASONITA offers a modern and charming living, dining area with open kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a comfortable sofa set and a large dining table. A total of 2 TV with DVD player, a stereo with CD / USB, a game console, various DVD's and board games are available to our guests. On this level is also the bathroom. From the balustrade of the living room and from the small but fine balcony you can enjoy the view of the green surroundings. Through the stairs you reach the two separate sleeping areas in the open gallery (= no separate bedroom, open to the living area). There is a double bed and two single beds. A second TV with DVD player and game console are also available.

The apartment is not suitable for small children and is only for adults or Rents families with children over 5 years.

We offer in the apartment a guest Wi-Fi.

In June, July and August, a mobile air conditioner is available on the upper floor.
