Why they chose this property

This property was purchased 30 years ago primarily because of its unique neighborhood, fabulous neighbors and its proximity to Midtown (3 miles) and Downtown Atlanta (4 miles). Wonderful Fernbank Museum is one mile west. And, if you want to avoid Downtown, there is a lovely Downtown Decatur neighborhood one mile east, with restaurants and shops. There are plenty of services right in the Druid Hills community.
