A spacious, professionally designed, luxury listing perfectly located in central Austin. Includes a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor bocce ball court, firepit, glimpses of downtown, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a game room with a poker table, ping pong table, foosball table, dartboard, board games, and more. Perfect for larger groups and families.

A quick 5 minute uber ride from downtown and other central Austin attractions. Located on Lady Bird Lake (no lake access) and a short walk from the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail. Kayak, SUP, and canoe rental companies are just a few minutes away.

Please keep in mind that our property manager lives in the pool house, a separate structure from the main house.

Beautiful home, great location, easy communication!

12 of us stayed at this beautiful house. That was perfect for my group of guys all 35+. It had everything we needed, was a great location, and communicating with the listing owner was super smooth. Would 100% stay here again and recommend this for big groups!

The perfect house for a grown up bachelorette

We rented this house for 13 people for a bachelorette. We're all in our late 30's-40's so we were looking for something a little classier than the usual rental that accommodates 13 people. This house is PERFECT. First off it's gorgeously decorated throughout, all high end finishes, extremely comfortable beds. There is a lot of space, we never felt on top of each other. The location is great, you can walk to South Congress in 20 mins or its a short uber ride. The pool is great and so needed in the Texas heat. Highly recommend.

Great house!!

We had a group of girls stay here for the weekend. The house is perfectly set up for a large group. Victoria was super responsive and accommodating. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

Best house rental!

Hands down, the best house rental I’ve ever stayed in! The house was amazing! Exactly as described online but better! We were a group of 15 college friends and the house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the property owner was super helpful and quick in responding to every question we had! The bunk room was a great hit! Literally zero complaints about this house! If we ever travel back to Austin again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
