About this property

The mountains at your feet ... Enjoy your holiday in our new cozy bright apartment with stunning views of the mountains of the rear Ultental. Here begins the fascinating alpine world of the Stelvio National Park.

Our small farm is located directly on the Ultner Höfeweg at 1400mt sea level in St. Gertraud in the Ultental valley and is the ideal starting point for beautiful circular walks, mountain tours, alpine hikes in summer and ski tours in winter.

In 2016 we completely renovated our house and built for you a new apartment to feel good with lots of natural wood.
Our house is in a quiet location and yet very centrally located.
Within walking distance you can reach the pizzeria, the Hofschank, the restaurant and a grocery store.

Einfach abschalten

Marion ist eine super liebe und nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, der Ausblick ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto, zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Bus erkunden. Und für denTierfreund gibt es Kühe, Schafe, Ziegen, Katzen einen Wauzi zum kuscheln. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Gaststätten und Cafés und wenn man einkaufen mag, findet man auch dafür überall Gelegenheiten. Kurzum, eine tolle Gegend zum Abschalten.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschöne, neue Unterkunft, mit traumhaften Ausblick, perfekt Ort für eine ruhige Auszeit. Marion und Wernhard haben einen herzlich empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war zudem außerordentlich sauber. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
