The home was nice and had a nice, updated kitchen. And all showers had updated fixtures. The home was generally clean except for a few areas: bedroom on the lowest floor, area, rug in the living room, and the chairs at the island. Additionally, there were lots of crawling bugs in the lowest floor. Just a note for folks who are planning to stay, there are a lot of stairs. That’s not a negative for most people, just folks like my group who are older. The patio on the roof is very nice.
There were issues with missing amenities that are advertised as being available. For instants, there were no wash clothes, hand, towels, and only one room had a shower mat. They were supposed to be a two car garage, but there were supplies blocking one side. The can opener in the kitchen was broken. There were no baking dishes or those that were compatible with the microwave.
When we tried to get in touch with the property manager, we got no answers. I called customer service who tried to get in touch with him, and they were unable to also. On the day we were checking out, customer service got him to call me. The fire alarm was blaring and we didn’t know how to reset it or who to call. When I finally got him the morning, we were checking out. He said he was going to send one of his property managers over, and it would be about an hour. We waited an hour and a half, making a slight for an appointment. I tried to call him before we left, but got no answer. We finally just left.
