About this property

Located on a quiet tree-lined street in the North Center/ Lakeview neighborhood. The featured space is a beautiful Master Suite with a queen-size bed as well as a queen-size day bed The suite is able to accommodate as many as 4 guests comfortably. It has its own private entrance with it a deck. For our guest's convenience, we have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the suite. The outdoor space has a beautifully landscaped and furnished garage deck that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Good for a weekend getaway

This renovated office property was clean & comfortable and made a good home base for our weekend in the city. We appreciated the outdoor space. The kitchen is extremely basic but it worked for our needs.

Our stay was a first for us. It was an office space converted into a living area. It was very cozy, and very nicely kept with all of its amenities. It is located near public transportation which made it easy for us to get around.

North Center weekend

My daughter and I stayed at this property last weekend as we visited friends nearby. We had a nice experience staying here. The location was in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of our friends and a dunkin donuts shop. We were able to quickly connect with our friends who also live in North Center. We got the true Chicago experience living in a 2 flat... which was actually a 3 flat since we stayed in the top level, attic. There were several flights of steps to traverse but the walk way and the steps were well lit and secure. The apartment was very clean and the shower was refreshing as it came out of the ceiling and had a rain-like shower head. We didn't have the time to try out the bubble bath in the tub. We saved that for our next visit. The microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot were sufficient for our weekend stay. Thank you again for a pleasant weekend get away to North Center Chicago.
