The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this six bedroom private home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sectional sofa and seating areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Private backyard with seating area, free onsite parking, cable HDTV, high-speed WiFi and keyless access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Great House in Miami

The Luxe Modern Getaway was a great place for our group to stay. The open space in the house was awesome and the outdoor area was huge! The kitchen was great to cook in and had plenty of counter space for cooking for a large group. We had trouble with the dryer, but the host had it replaced the next day... they were very responsive. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in Miami.

Boys trip

Party of seven stayed for the weekend. It was a very nice place. Very spacious and accommodating. Every friend was impressed about how nice the place was. Stores for everyday shopping were only about 7 minutes away. I will definitely be looking to stay again when I’m the Miami area.
